Dr. Massimo Donalisio is a passionate radiologist specialized in musculoskeletal imaging and mini-invasive imaging-guided interventional procedures. Originally from Italy, he speaks Italian, French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently. His ability to communicate in multiple languages allows him to build warm and seamless relationships with patients, ensuring tailored support and optimal care.
Education
Dr. Massimo Donalisio is a radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal imaging and regenerative medicine, dedicated to advancing precision care for joint, tendon, and bone health. A graduate with honors from the University of Turin, he refined his expertise at the renowned Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), mastering advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging techniques. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Orthoregen at UNIMAX (Brazil), Dr. Donalisio brings a global perspective shaped by experiences at Hospital Alemán (Buenos Aires) and HCOR (São Paulo), uniting cutting-edge imaging with regenerative therapies to help patients restore movement and performance naturally.

Dr. Donalisio is deeply committed to sharing knowledge and supporting medical education worldwide.
- He is the director and founder of the Mini Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Ultrasound-Guided Injections at Black Lion Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This initiative trains local radiologists and physicians, expanding access to high-quality musculoskeletal diagnostic and therapeutic care in underserved regions.
- He is also an active member of ESSKA (European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy) and ESMA (European Sports Medicine Associates), collaborating closely with international experts in sports medicine. These professional networks allow him to remain at the forefront of medical advances and continuously refine his techniques.
